Hieronder tref je enkele voorbeelden aan van oliën die je kunnen helpen om stress en angsten te lijf te gaan. Er wordt puntsgewijs aangegeven wat de oliën doen op fysiek en emotioneel niveau en hoe er veilig mee om te gaan.
LEMON
Emotional support:
- Mental focus, clarity, brain fog, fatigue, indecisive, improve concentration
- Mood swings (uplifting aroma), release negative energy
- Anger, aggression, frustration, pent-up energy/ emotions
- Increase confidence and stamina
Safety information:
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not get near eyes or mouth area. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
Lemon is a photo-toxic oil: dermal irritant and can cause skin sensitization issues. With all citrus oils use caution and safe use when applied topically and avoid direct contact and exposure to heat sources.
Diffusion:
Start with a low dosage of the Essential Oil, for example 3-4 drops in the diffuser filled with water.
